II hang out with this guy who happens to be one of my good friends alot, I love hanging out with him and he is a wonderful and good looking guy and treats me so well, but he has never taken the hint that I just want to be friends and I think I am going to effect his life negatively if we are still friends because he will never take the hint because he knows that he is everything I want in a guy just not him if that makes sense. Would it be rude just to let him go so he can get on and live life?
You should do whatever your heart is telling you to do. You have no control over his feelings just like he has no control over yours so dont blame yourself for how he feels and if you stop being his friend that could hurt him more than the fact that you dont want anything more than to be friends with him. If its too hard for him to be friends with you after he realizes that its not gonna go farther than friendship you should respect that but let that be his decision. Good friends are hard to find and it sounds like you value this friendship so dont walk away:) Hope that helps xoxo
